Purpose of THE Inspection
The home inspection provides peace-of-mind for the buyers by supplying a written overview of the property, being considered for purchase, to assist in the decision-making process. Our home inspection can be used as a risk management tool for realtors. The inspection also satisfies some Seller/Agent disclosure laws. Most importantly, the inspection is a reality check that helps promote and facilitate communication between parties.

Our InspectorS
GICHI's home inspectors are American Home Inspector Training Institute (AHIT) graduates. They are also members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). They are professional and courteous in dealing with customers.
They are trained and capable of performing Pre-purchase buyers inspections and listing inspections.
GIC Home Inspections (GICHI) provide a 2-3 hour snap shot of the property being bought and/or sold.
The inspection report will provide you with the following:

- Point out potential structural and mechanical concerns
- Education on maintenance concerns
- Identify any fire, health and safety issues
