We are graduates of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT). We follow standards set forth by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and do not divert from those standards. We are insured through The Hartford insurance company.

It is essential that even if you don't chose GIC, that you find a home inspection company that at least follows the ASHI standards. This will ensure you are getting a thorough and professional inspection.

When viewing a home with the naked eye, there are a number of problems that are missed. For example, a home with moisture problems usually won't show when the home has dried. However, with thermography, we can see remnants of rain or moisture by temperature variance and color variance.

Our radar scanner can also determine the type of material located behind the walls, such as wood studs, copper pipes and even electrical wires.

We also offer carbon monoxide detection and combustible gas detection.
